Recently, my business visa was cancelled and replaced with an S2 visa as I am waiting on all of my official documents from the US to be able to apply for a work permit. However, I was reading up on the Humanitarian visa.
What are the current requirements to apply for the Humanitarian visa under these Hyperbolic times? Going back to the US is not only very expensive and almost impossible. But the states are experiencing crazy times right now.
Hey Joshua,
Humanitarian visa – you’ll need proof that you are in process of getting a work permit… so work contract chopped… bring documents you have collected thus far… maybe even a statement on an A4 paper from the company saying exactly that… “We’re trying to hire this prospective employee(Passport number: xxxxxx) but due to [reasons] we are applying for a humanitarian visa first”
It would be somewhat in-line with applying for a stay visa – please read what Good Samaritan #8 wrote:

Good luck.
