Hello I would like to ask. do I need stay at quarantine 14 days at my home in Shanghai? Tonight I back from Bali and guy who seat near the entrance of my building said i can not leave home for 14 days.
But as I know, Indonesia (Bali) not at the list of countries who should be at quarantine.
And at the airport when I arrive they gave me green mark which they put at my passport, which means I’m healthy.
Do I have to stay at quarantine or no have necessary?

Hopefully you found the answer by now. I would listen to the guy at the entrance of your building or double check with your apartment compound management office.
I would self-quarantine for 14 days. You never know if you are carrying the virus and you got strong immune systems but those around you might not.
