Hi,
would like to ask about 30 days stay permit. For Exit Entry Bureau my willing to get stay permit should be reasonable and what’s reason is considered by them as the reason to give me a stay permit?

I don’t represent them but if I were to guess:
Because there are no flights back to my home country… / it’s very dangerous back home… / I have unfinished business in China and because of the pandemic, I couldn’t finish on-time… / etc etc
The purpose of you staying longer should not contradict or raise questions in the context of the original visa type you came into China with.
I think, at this point, they understand staying in China is safer than going anywhere else… and they must be issuing a lot of stay permits recently.
