So, I have a valid Business visa for the next 10 years and also own a business here in Shanghai. The main reason for this question is that my automatic extension was granted on March 19th which means my automatic extension expires soon. Will stay extensions with valid visa’s be automatically granted again?

Last day on your current visa entry: March 19th
Last day on the automatic 60-day extension: May 18th
The automatic extension is granted only once. So no, it won’t be granted again.
You will have to apply for a stay permit at the exit-entry bureau. They will review your application and will probably provide a 30-day stay permit. It seems this is the only solution for a foreigner who is currently in China but doesn’t have a residence permit.
