hello. I have my work visa through August 2021 for Shanghai. I recently ask my company in Shanghai to cancel my work permit for changing my job and I got new work permit from Anhui province. for getting new work visa in Anhui province, is it possible to wait until expired date of my current visa in Shanghai and then apply for new one or I have to go to Shanghai entry exit bureau to cancel.

Officially, you should cancel your work permit before getting a new one.
Unofficially, you could let it expire naturally.
