A friend has just come to Shanghai, he’s on a business visa but needs a bank account for daily life. Do you know which ones he can open with? Thank you

If you don\’t have a residence permit or work permit, chances are very slim. So if you\’re on a business visa or a tourist visa.. Large banks – no chance! Smaller banks – maaaaaybe.
