Hi ,
I want to know if the family which is living under the husband keep the old company visa while the husband is processing the new visa with a new company?

Expats’ residence permits are officially dependent on work/study permits.
If a work permit is cancelled, then all residence permits(including the employee’s family members) tied to that work permit should be cancelled.
Then the new company applies for a new work permit which is then used to apply for the new residence permit( +family members’ residence permits).
It’s not unheard of where expats left their jobs but had a few months remaining on their residence permits so they stayed longer and left before the residence permit expired.
So I guess the family members could stay until the residence permit expires. However, this is a gray area so proceed with caution.
