The move is from SH to BJ. Any recommendations are highly appreciated :)!

i would look at Asian tigers.  I am not sure where all they have storage, but should be able to do that in both SH and BJ. Just be careful with their website… someone has been copying their site, logo, etc. and providing really bad service.
