Best quick and cheap destinations for getting another stamp and re-enter China?

I’ve done HK recently, they have a lot of places that do it there. (I’ve done Hk because I was told it’s the easiest way tho, but I’m sure you could do Korea or Thailand as well if you want to make it a small holiday）

My friend and I did a small taiwan island (kinmen) off of Xiamen – super easy.  Domestic train or flight; 30 min boat ride.  Then the stamp… super easy.  Can get back on the boat in an hour… or stay over.  And the immigration at the dock was way easier and faster

A Xiamen weekend at a great pool by the beach with a day in kinmen getting the stamp and riding bike around the island is highly recommended vs HK.
