Hello,I have the Foreign Permanent resident ID card “外国人永久居留身份证”. Can I travel out of China and travel back during the Covid-19 situation?

Hi Gerard,
I’ve been told, Yes, foreign permanent resident ID card holders (basically green card for foreigners in China) are allowed to re-enter China during the pandemic period. 
I wish I had that. I’m stuck outside of China 🙁
